Mr Amod K Shukla

Mr Shukla has a degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and has attended several senior management programs. He has over 30 years of managerial and professional experience in the automobile industry having worked with the Maruti Suzuki, Hella India and Motherson Sumi.

Mr Shukla has worked extensively in Greenfield Project Installation, People Management and turning around businesses. He also has extensive experience in the areas of process design and quality management to create scale and efficiency. Prior to taking up the consulting profession, Amod was CEO of Argentum Engines ( a subsidiary of Argentum Motors, a Company formed after acquisition of the facilities of the erstwhile Daewoo Motors India Limited).

Mr Nishchint Paliwal

Mr Paliwal is post graduate in Business Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology. He brings to the table, over 20 years of cross functional experience in Banking and Financial Services domain. He has got expertise in Business Banking , Investment Banking , Equity Research, Risk Management, Retail Business Management and Corporate Finance.

He started his career as systems analyst with an Information Technology company and later moved to banking and consulting services. His earlier associations have been with HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank at senior levels.

Mr Paliwal as a generalist has handled diverse search assignments across sectors and functions. His wide ranging exposure includes search for senior professionals like Business Heads and CFO's for leading Indian Business Houses as well as Multinationals.

Mr Amresh Saxena

An alumnus of IIT-KGP and IISc / Bangalore M.E. in Electrical Communications Engineering, he started his career as Design Engineer in HAL and later served as Director (Technical) in Krisons Electronics Systems Ltd. He was Senior Design Engineer at DCM Data Products Ltd. in 70�s.

For 40 years now he has been involved with industry providing technical and techno-commercial consultancy in the modern day technologies of embedded systems, testing & troubleshooting, automation and social media. Currently he is Development & Research Advisor at TipTop Technologies Inc.(USA) for their Indian operations.

His stint as Guest Faculty NSIT / ITM and as Emeritus Professor of engineering at AIT (now Ansal University) has given him invaluable experience as competency in educational / management / training and HR development functions of an organization.

With the mix of teaching and industry experience, Prof. Kapur is a resource person for efficient staffing, T&D, re-training, change management, and such functions of any growing business in the context of the new technologies being embraced.

Prof. Kapur had been an active member of professional bodies like IETE and CSI where he acquired a wide experience of the entire spectrum of engineering industry.
